Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure fairness to our staff and other clients, we kindly request that you follow our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.
2. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a No-show fee of 50% of the service price.
3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
4. Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
